My boyfriend met a Filipina at a restaurant. He then started showing off the precious mouthfuls he could mutter:
"Masarap ang patatas"
"Gusto ko ng gatas"
He ran out after that so he asked her how he might refer to the "carrots".
She very matter-of-factly replied:"it's kerots"
ah.. of course

Kerots is the Pinoy carrot. Just as 'burupen' is the Japanese kilometrico and 'the Arney-ow' is the Pooxian alma mater.

at least i don't need a perm. and ms. stupid poox wants to go to the parlor tom!!!! she doesn't even pay for her haircut she just tips the dude. que barbaridad. besides, my mama owns the parlor. i have to support the family business. and my dogs go to the parlor too. but a different one of course! ha! mga leche. hehe leche cows. leche flan.
